Mike is back, drilling at the bit, to provide some good tool products and research for careful selection of quality aides to various home and work projects! Thanks Mike!
Just wanted to add some of Milwaukee tool accessories are made in USA and they recently built a new plant in Wisconsin that is making USA made pliers and screwdrivers completely made in USA might want to check that out
I'd love to see all companies being forced to list country of origin on all websites on the internet. I noticed when it's made in China it's almost never listed, I need to turn to the user comment section to find out. Thank you for doing the hard work and research on these brands!
So just a random question, it seems like the places that are made here are not a lot of moving parts and such, are there saw blades and such that are made in the USA? I already have a black and decker weed eater and recipricating saw, is there a company that makes stuff to go on the bigger brands? It seems like most are pretty universal in shape.
I read in some blog in the past month or so where a Porter + Cable representative commented that they still are making their routers in the USA; is that correct?
Wow, I thought Milwaukee was made in America because of quality and price. I’ve noticed Ryobi is better than they first came into America. Makes sense if they have the same owner as Milwaukee

It amazes me how so many put down certain brands because "they're made in China"... not realizing their favored brand is also.
I am hoping my tools last quite a while. Fingers crossed the options go up before I need things. Do you have research on ladders yet?
