If I had to choose only one favorite dish (which is a difficult thing to do because everything was so good), I'd have to say the Unagi Eel & Taro Root with Dashi Glaze Sauce! Also the Iron Pot Seasoned Rice with King Salmon. And of course, the Fried Mochi Hot Pot! Like I said, it's hard to choose one favorite dish lol. Btw I got hungry so many times while editing this video 😂 ► VIDEO DESCRIPTION: It’s date night! We enjoy a traditional Japanese 9-course meal, which turns out to be a feast. Our mouths experienced a culinary odyssey filled with all sorts of exciting flavors and textures 😍 We feel blessed to have this new Kaiseki restaurant in Greater Seattle. I know Mina is particular about her private life so when she releases videos with her husband I appreciate it much more. Thank you for including us in your married journey! and if in the future you ever need more privacy, please do not at all feel bad or anything like that. We respect the boundaries!
Hi Mina! I just wanna say that you're videos help me a lot. If I want to be relax, motivated, and feel good. I just watch your videos. More videos please😍😍😍
So grateful for your warm words! I'm thankful to hear my videos help you a lot ❤ Doing my best to post more often. I used to post every week and trying to get back to that. Stay tuned!
Ive seen a few comments about this in her recent videos. Her husband is not an internet personality, he does not need to entertain us nor owe us anything when he appears in these videos. Please be kind everyone 😊
Thank you so much for watching and enjoying! The moment I saw those fun puffy fonts, just had to incorporate them into the video 🤩 I like to call them "Party Fonts" hehe
Ah! You have always been so fun to eat with, that's why I watch your videos while eating. You have such a beautiful imagery when describing food and you also notice & appreciate details in, on, and surrounding it.
My partner and I love watching your videos, especially now since we’re moving to Seattle soon and will be able to try all of your recommendations. So pumped!
I'm not gonna pretend I know you guys, so please ignore me if I'm totally wrong, but I swear your husband seems so much happier and open. When he was first around, he seemed a little reserved and shy (and what normal person wouldn't be suddenly thrust in front of an audience ahah) but i really have seen him open up! Mina you are such a bright ball of sunshine, I watch every video because there's always such a great energy in your work. And i think i've seen you rub off on your husband, (again sorry if i'm wayyy off) but he's had pretty heavy eyes, but lately it's almost like there's a new light in his eyes. You are such a beautiful soul, you make everyone light up around you! I hope you both learn from one and other, and only continue to grow stronger together!
Wow Miss Mina, you’re married! I think it was one of the first comments is on this video that said that you were married. I haven’t watched your videos in quite some time and now you are married. Congratulations. Looking forward to many more videos. Perhaps I’ll do some binge watching.
Redmond has really grown up so much within the past few years. I do love the sleepy part of it that still exists! There's a Half Price Books there 🤩 Perhaps you went to it as well!
@@MissMinaOh Of course! We used to go to Thenos Dairy and get non-homogenized milk (the cream would rise to the top) and to Prairie Market, where you had to use a grease pen to put the prices on the (mostly) canned food yourself. Now Redmond has Town Square and Microsoft. We used to go four-wheeling where MS is now, in an area called 100 acres, where a mall to compete with Bel Square was planned. Kemper Freeman of Bel Square got the project killed and later that bare land would be bought up by MS. Strange times. Keep creating! I love your vids and your art!
What a nice date! Looking forward to more Mina and My Mr. as well as Mommy Oh. My first thought at the sushi rice shot was I hope that's all for them or do they have to share with other guests?
Love your videos. Missing Mommy Oh. She is comfortable on camera. I feel for your Mr since he is uncomfortable on camera. It shows. 😮 Wish you both the best.
Umm. Mina, you pushed the Ramune wrong. You're supposed to break out the pusher cap from the white top. Then you use the pusher over the cap pushing down with your palm. You're not supposed to keep the pusher in the white cap. 😅
Hi Mina... I think it is wonderful you guys do everything together. But you've had many wonderful collabs over the years esp w Mommy Oh and heyitsfei. Even the random ones like the French girl and Chinese guy in Taiwan. Perhaps it's time to get more of those fun collabs back? Im only saying this as an intent for improvement... Chef Nori in his few minutes of exposure is more engaging on camera than all these episodes with your Mister in them. Maybe he can help more behind the camera? I find myself rewatching more old videos from this channel and sweetandtastytv than the current ones because of this. In any case.. wishing you the best in the evolution of the channel.
Thank you for kindly expressing your thoughts! Most of the more entertaining collabs sprouted from travels, which dramatically decreased since 2020 (you know what happened). Also there's been a lot of personal life and inner life changes. It's been a journey trying to figure out how to make content on this channel, navigating through multiple layers of change. Thank you for watching and rewatching my content as I do my best to create more engaging videos ❤
I like your videos overall but when it comes to this Kaiseki, I'm not really impressed with this establishment. But you've been to Japan, with the falling Yen, I wonder if someone could have gotten more bang for the buck if they were already there or planning to go there.
People like you annoy me so bad. No one said you had too. But just incase you can. Maybe she went on a early weekday when everyone is at work or school

I grew up in Kirkland and the sleepy little town of Redmond had grown up. Great vid, Mina. Hamachi is my fave sashimi, but all those look good.

How come no one like ever treat me w/ something like an one course meal…… Starving 2 death 🪦 RIP!!!!
The Ramune, your supposed to drink it from the pinched side, so that the marble doesn't block the opening
Aha! That's how you do it. Thanks for letting me know 🎉

Name him mister oh ❤
Yummy
Idk if you’ve done date nights on the channel before but this is a fun concept. I might take notes lol

Aww you two make a beautiful couple.

Thanks for the kind instruction! ❤
Ok but the Daikon and Cherry Blossom Candleholder? Pinterest Queens found shaking

Very small for like time to get a reservation
I like your videos overall but when it comes to this Kaiseki, I'm not really impressed with this establishment. But you've been to Japan, with the falling Yen, I wonder if someone could have gotten more bang for the buck if they were already there or planning to go there.
That’s because that’s not miso soup. Looks like tonjiru 豚汁
Camera shy, no. From Korea series, he just not into content creating.

Month advance booking japanese restaurant is waste of time. I can see a lot of seats no one seat.
People like you annoy me so bad. No one said you had too. But just incase you can. Maybe she went on a early weekday when everyone is at work or school
