What the procedure to calculate different type of flute factor and conversion cost % of the different type corrugated boxes along with printing multi color printing .
Hello Sir, Firstly amazing video sir cleared many doubts. However what is the flute factor? And does it remain the same for calculation of every box irrespective of the size, like a fridge box as well? What does the flute factor exactly mean?
When the thickness of the flute falls below one millimeter, it is called the flute narrow flute, the name of some such components which mainly effect the physical property. Those factors are, how many number of flutes come in per lineal foot. It has a direct effect on impact resistance of crash, the higher the thickness, the more protection the product will get. The thinner the flute will be, the more light packaging material will be, narrow Flute is used to protect lower weight and smaller size products. I hope you are satisfied with the answer of you question If yes, then share the channel. And do not forget to subscribe.
The formula for conversion cost per unit can be expressed as follows: Conversion Cost per unit = (Direct Labor + Direct Materials + Manufacturing Overhead + Depreciation) / Number of Units Produced Where: Direct Labor = wages and benefits for workers involved in production. Direct Materials = cost of raw materials used in production. Manufacturing Overhead = indirect expenses incurred during production such as utilities, rent, property taxes, depreciation, and insurance. Depreciation = decrease in value of production equipment over time. Number of Units Produced = the total number of units of corrugated flute produced during a specific period. Hi, Can you help me to calculate the rate of one box. Let's suppose one board length 8 feet by width 4 feet. The rate of this board Rs. 18 square feet Now. I want to make box which dimensions as follows L X W X H 95 MM X 60 MM X 40 MM WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE OF THAT BOX AN HOW MANY BOXES CAN WE MAKE FROM THIS GIVEN BOARD THANKS
This is an estimated idea of how much joint margin will be required according to the size of the carton. But the variance range of a joint allowance is between 25 -35 millimeters,And the trim margin margin will remain the same.
sir kindly make video on difference of paper quality use in printing like art paper, art card, bleach card etc. how we can evaluate a sample which kind of paper is use.
When you see the dimension by moving the box from the 3D plane to the 2D plane, the width of the flute will be twice of the flute factor If you liked the video, then share it further. In this way, our spirits will also increase and new concepts will also be brought for you..
No, we cannot consider Bursting Strength to be zero, as it mainly tells us how much weight box will be able to withstand. You can do further calculations by referencing the bursting strength of sample box wall. Bursting strength of the box wall will be increase if the number of flutes is increase , This will be increases if the paper grammage increase in accordance with the selection of the article which going to be carry in box. , which then ensures that the board's wall has a toughness, and how much pressure it will withstand. Thank you for watching our video, if you liked then do share it further.
First if you are not comfortable with English please make the video in Hindi but video should go on smoothly... second please explain terms GSM, TA etc in detail... third we know the formula but explain it with animation if possible...u just put the value in formula that we also can do...

What about conversion cost
The formula for conversion cost per unit can be expressed as follows:
Conversion Cost per unit = (Direct Labor + Direct Materials + Manufacturing Overhead + Depreciation) / Number of Units Produced
Where:
Direct Labor = wages and benefits for workers involved in production.
