These look cool! I hate it when my books get folds. Oh well, the damage has been done. Thanks, I have to look for book sleeves here in the Philippines. I hope I get to find one!
I found your channel because I was searching for a way to preserve my cheap Wordsworth classics and what are the odds! You are friends with the Channel that introduced me to Wordsworth classics: for the love of classics, you both have great and super helpful channels!
Sorry! Just now seeing your comment. Unfortunately, I don't know of any specific vendors I can recommend. You might be able to find some on the European Amazon website. Try searching "book sleeves" - wish I could be more helpful.
I haven’t really had that issue. I like to get bigger book sleeves and prefer the ones that can be buttoned or zipped at the top. Using a bigger sleeve helps avoid any wrestling you might need to do to get the book in or out.
I have the paperback edition of 11/22/63 my cover started to get bent and I spilled coffee on my book slightly twice. Taking it and from work. That I decided to switch over to the audiobook. But the Libby app said the audiobook wasn’t available for renewal so now I have to wait another 10 weeks. So I decided to switch over to The Stand because I own the physical book and the audiobook on the Audible app. As I was reading the book. My fiancé asked me not to bring the book on my family trip cause he didn’t want me to damage the book. I told it should be fine if the book sits with me in the car on the trip. He said okay, don’t complain to me if your book gets ruined.
Ha! and I even edited out a bunch of stuff. I'm going to blame the lip gloss I was wearing. I didn't want my sticky lips to touch so it was hard to make a P sound. I have no excuse for not being able to properly names Harry, Hermione and Ron. lol
I’m usually pretty careful sliding it in and so far haven’t had any issues. Admittedly though I don’t travel with a book everyday and seem to be reading more hardcovers since I’ve started using book sleeves. I’m sorry I don’t have more to go off of at this time.
Thank you! I have another two book sleeves on the way. I can't help it. They're so pretty. I should now have a cozy pocket for all the books I end up reading at the same time. lol
I’ve never seen a plain solid one like that, however, if you reach out to Maria at BookishCreations.com she might be able to make a custom one for you. Check the website site for her contact info.

Great video. Amazing recommendation. This was just what I was looking for. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
I mostly read books on my commute/ outside my home. Just ordered a book sleeve for my poor babies.
Nice! What kind of design/print did you get?

Late to the party but your unicorn + mermaid sleeve looks beautiful! ❤️

I want that Harry Potter one. Omg! I love it!
My books often get damaged from being in my bag. I hope this works. 🙏🏿
That Beauty and the Beast one is gorgeous!
I know! There are SO many pretty ones. I just ordered a Fantastic Beasts one and then one that has cats hanging out on library bookshelves. lol
I'm worried that the corners of the covers will slightly bend in the sleeve. Had any problems with that?

@@LibriLabra thank you!
Thank you!! I think this will be very helpful...
Your welcome! Hope you are able to find one you like. Do you prefer them with or without pockets?

This is the first I ever heard of a book sleeve.
They are pretty cool. Be be warned, buying them can be addicting. lol I think I bought two more after making this video.
Libri Labra I’ll probably just make them instead of buying them.
Oh nice! Just for yourself or do you think you'll try selling them?
LOL ... words were not you friend in this video. But thanks so much for the suggestions!! I haven't gotten any yet but they are quite cool!

The first Harry Potter one. Where did you get it?
The one with the pocket and the quote I got from Story Hero on Etsy.
THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️❤️
No problem! Just be aware it's really easy to become obsessed with all the different pretty designs and patterns. lol
The bottom right corner of a paper back doesn't curl when you slide the book in?

We need to do that Harry Potter marathon, just to remind you who the characters are.
Seriously. How many hours do I need to set aside to marathon them all?
