Nice to see the area in summertime. I hope the gravel road won't lead to dumping trash in that stream. I think an examination can prevent tick bite worries. You need to look carefully for any unusual marks on the skin. Thanks for showing these areas I've only seen covered by snow. Was fun to watch

glad you liked it! the sudden appearance of a new gravel road was very surprising, and as for ticks, i already experienced their bites a couple times in my life and know how they look, yeah... had to take them into the lab that time to check they were healthy and carried no infections... in short, all this fuss about ticks is always too troublesome and makes me worry probably more than i should.

That was a very nice hike. Walking barefoot is really fun, even if it is sometimes a challenge for your feet. We have nettles everywhere and I always wear shorts in the summer, but it's actually healthy to burn yourself on the nettles. I often walk through it on purpose and my legs itch a bit, but I'm used to it. I even made a few videos, check them out.

hi! thank you! i already saw some of your old videos earlier, but yet i believe that for me accidentally hitting a few nettles is already enough - i'm doing just fine without walking through them intentionally. :) and, yeah, i heard someone's used the.. um.. nettle therapy for the joint treatment, don't know if it was able to actually help them or not.

thanks for your input, i'll consider using some kind of TTS for a voiceover in the future. meanwhile you may try youtube subtitle reader browser extension available for chrome and firefox which basically does exactly that with the available subtitles.
