Growing up in LasVegas, The Clydesdales were a regular attraction at the Heldorado parades. I would stand, staring at them in amazement for hours. They are beautiful and I would like to see them 1 more time before I die.

was the gelding in the casino one of the hitch or a special Clydesdale brought along for that part only? He did indeed perform perfectly. I do believe he KNEW he was being photographed and he posed!! pricked his ears up, held his head high and outshone his surroundings (including the show girls!).
They travel with 10 of them but only use 8 to pull the wagon. That could have been one of the team or one of the spares. Do you know just 1 of their neck collars costs $40,000? It's true. It's made of the finest leather and brass and is sewn together with silk thread. The rest of their tac costs about $80,000 dollars. I knew one of the big rig drivers and he told me that. That wagon weighs about 4 tons and they drink about 30 gallons of water a day - each one. You wouldn't believe how much each one eats! The ones that are on the team get grain twice a day and hay 7 times a day in addition to the other food. They have to maintain a certain weight or they can't be part of a team. They have 3 teams that travel different parts of the country - one East, one Mid and one West. You can own one that doesn't meet the requirements to be on a team (body color, black mane, etc.) for about $5,000. I can't even imagine the millions it costs to keep all that going. People better keep drinking that Bud! lol LOVE most of the Super Bowl commercials but I have 2 favorites.
The horse in the casino is killing me 😂 I also never knew that such huge horses could run so quickly. My uncle owns Percherons. They’re really slow. I have a 22 year old Halflinger draft pony who can go as fast as a canter, but no quicker.
Don't touch the horse because you'll get it dirty and it will need another bath. These sporting events are unworthy of these beautiful majestic creatures.
How much did Budweiser pay to have that horse paraded around in one of their hotels? At 00.14 they fitted the horse with something, what was it? A camera?
