hello Chef [u cont to be my hero], & Rose. I do not see the recipe in the show notes, as Rose said, around 3 min mark. I am 71, done menopause at 38, but still have hot flashes & mood swings, even being WFPBVegan over 5 yrs now. Reversed many food/drink related illnesses & got off 5 meds. I don't look 29 yrs younger, but, i FEEL like 40 yrs younger. the best i've felt in my memory.
I do eat nothing buy plants & i am in love with this way of eating. I have had insomnia since age 38 & still do, doesn't matter what i eat or where i am. I never made date paste, but, started using prunes in my ban nice cream or other things i want sweetened, still lots fiber, but less calorically dense. I didn't make them in a paste tho. I always heard the opposite, to stay away from eating soy , i must add some in & see if it makes a difference. I think some of my insomnia is due to hot flashes, soon as i get laid down, settled & even asleep few minutes, i am right back awake , throwing off the blankey & then, wide awake for 1-4 more hrs.. i do, love desserts. but stay away from them, as they are calorically denser than just plain veg/beans/fruit. On July 1st, i did, eat strawberry short cake, made with vegan biscuits & from Coconut Silk whipping cream from new vegan yt subscriber, 7 yrs vegan, but doesn't have to worry about calories. Sorry this is so long!!

I agree about the hair being in the way. I have long hair as well and this is not a good look while teaching on video for all to see.
