DIY LINEN SPRAY:
1 scoop of scent beads
1 1/4 c of boiling water
1/2 c of witch hazel or rubbing alcohol
shake until beads are dissolved
test on a small area first

Very awesome cleaning hacks I do use the baking soda on my mattress. I’m the same way with some clothes not everything goes in the dryer. My oldest son is tall and slim and they have big and tall not always slim so lol. I love seeing how we all try different things with our laundry.
Yes! My husband is so tall too and good quality clothes are hard to find at times so none of his clothes go in the dryer lol. As always thanks for watching friend!!!! 🥰

Baking soda and essential oil works great for mattress. But, Dyson vacuums in particular will be destroyed if you use it to suck up the baking soda! I would use a less expensive hand held. Love your channel.❤️
This is my first time commenting but I found your videos about a year ago and have been watching ever since. 🥰 Thank you so much for the laundry motivation!! We have been traveling a lot for the holidays and my husband is a high school football and wrestling coach so we’re always super busy with sports. My laundry got SUPER backed up. Thanks for the video Candis! As always, it's a good one. I was wondering if most American households ever bother to iron their laundry though. It was seems to go straight to folding and packing away after the dryer
I can't speak or most American households but for me If I catch the dryer as soon as it stops and get the clothes folded or hung in the closet there are generally no wrinkles so no need to iron, which is great because I hate ironing. LOL

I agree with Tonya. If we fold or hang while clothes are hot from the dryer, then there will be no wrinkles in most items and thus no need to iron. However, a few things, depending upon materials, etc, will still need some ironing or steaming.

Have you ever had issues with the essential oils transferring to your clothes and staining? I have had that issue and it stopped me from putting it on my wool dryer balls. I wonder if it's the oils I'm using, just wondering if you've ever had issues with that?

Hi. Why do you add baking soda to your wash loads? I hear it eliminates odors. Is that the only reason you do it, Candis?
What are your favorite essential oils for the dryer balls?
Literally anything that smells good to me:) eucalyptus and lavender have been my go to lately but I definitely plan to try more:)

nice channel! just wondering, what made you decide to air dry most of your laundry?
To keep things from fading and shrinking. Play clothes, underwear, socks, pjs go in the dryer. There are exceptions to other clothes like quick dry materials that don’t seem to shrink in the dryer. My husband is super tall so he like to air dry most of his clothes since it’s hard to find stuff to fit him.
Can you use regular vinegar for laundry along with the baking soda to deodorize? I’m thinking to try this for my kids’ hockey gear. What essential oils do you use for your mattress??
I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to use regular vinegar. I like to use eucalyptus or lavender for the mattresses:)
When I ran out of cleaning vinegar I use the regular white vinegar I had in my kitchen cabinet. It worked fine.
I tried the baking soda with vanilla essential oil for our mattresses, OMG… I wish I knew about this hack before, and to add to it my vacuum smells amazing! The rooms smell so wonderful. I have been using baking soda in our laundry. I’m also going to try the vinegar and baking soda mix to clean my washing machine. Thank you so much for this video. So inspired! Wishing you all good things in 2022!

Yea we go through towels every other day. We also like to have enough for when guests come over.

I got some from Walmart. I never noticed it before on the laundry aisle, then one day I saw some on the clearance aisle and decided to give it a try.
