Localhost means it's in your machine. In the videos itself I would have mentioned which video to refer. th-cam.com/video/4g2X7_Z9BE4/w-d-xo.html use this video to build your own local server. Rest web services and postman patha pothum prior to this. Rest api videos paathiruntha, u will understand the difference between api and uri. They are not same and comparable
