- Twist your hips and legs when throwing a cross or hook, it adds much more power to the punch.
- Stay on your tiptoes to be more agile and move away from punches
- Keep right hand at your jaw at all times.
- And finally, GET A TRAINER instead of sparring people who are way better than you.

Anchovies are the reason chicken is so abundant in America.
You see, back in the 1920s and 30s, chicken breast cost as much as steak. Meanwhile a bunch of fishermen off the coast of South America were catching tons and tons of anchovies because they were so plentiful, and didn't know what to do with them all.
