This really is a great scrollsaw! If you change pinless blades you better use the clampholders at the left side of the saw table instead of using a plier. That way you always have the right position and distance between the clamps.
I hope you have as much fun as i have with this very versatile scroll saw!

Hello Rene! Are you still satisfied with this saw? I'm deciding to buy but I saw a lot of bad reviews. I just don't want any blade problems (I use pinless) and i want durability :))

      @@auburn.JoaoDuarte Hi Auburn,
No i am not satisfied anymore. Somehow the upper arm got its own life ant started moving from left to right and back. Not much but 5mm sidemoves are way to much to saw thicker wood. Repair offer started at €200 and thats to much.
That is why i got a second hands Hegner Multicut1. It is a real upgrade but this model has no varable speed. Thats something i had to get used to. But that Hegner was a real eyeopener and i have totally no regrets.
      Good luck!

@@TheMoppersmurf Thank you, I'm also considering buying the Hegner, is it really "bulletproof" like they say? I know their highest models are top notch, but the entry level I saw some bad reviews.

@@auburn.JoaoDuarte It is a great saw, the simplicity of the desighn is what makes it last a lifetime. Spareparts of models from the 90's can still be ordered. But the parts are expencine. Not that you need that often.
Its also a quiet saw, vibration is minimal.
Mine has also very good system for dust collection, as wel from the top as the bottom. And again very simply made.
I do advise you to use a quick clamp and a quick tentioner on is, mine came with is and it is just that what makes scrolling more fun.
Changing the blades is really easy, i do the bottompart blind.
But as i sayd you would really go for a variable speed system. I mis that but i manage very well around it.

Nice new toy Gao. A lot of things you can do with it. A lot of things you can't do either. Wait until you have your first blade break - sort like a bowl that goes flying hehe. You can get some really nice, smooth cuts with right wood, blade and technique. Blades are cheap - change often ! Don't force the cut - let the blade cut ... if you can see the blade curve you are pushing too fast and hard. Good luck🍀 Stay safe. -Mike😷
p.s. I forsee fretwork insets in your (our) future😁

@@gaowoodlab Hmm, I was talking about your new scroll saw. But I do hear that SawStop table saws are very good for saving fingers.
