June 05 2024 Emergency Action Messages - US HFGCS EAMs + FDMs

· The SDR I used to monitor had poor reception of the first three messages. Best guesses have been provided for some characters where possible; where no reasonable guess could be made, an underscore has been entered instead. (As has been long-standing convention.)
· For some of the audience, it's been a moment since I've done any additional color annotation of message transcriptions. Except for some specific instances (e.g. many longer messages have definite, consistent structures), these are typically speculative. There could be number of different message structures for shorter EAMs and less 'rigid' in their structures. Having said this, there is some consistency on where certain character 'patterns' can appear - e.g. trends are observed where (.)\1 character sequences are more likely to appear in some positions of a 30 character EAM than others - and we might also notice that certain features tend to appear in close proximity to each other. For example, the 𝟑𝟑𝟑 in the 30 character message first broadcast at 19:30 comes only a few days after another 30 character message had 𝐏𝐏𝐏 in it [see June 01]. I've previously commented that this sort of thing doesn't seem to occur 'randomly' as it tends to occur relatively close to each other in time vs arbitrarily spaced out (in a timing sense).
