I am now in my mid-60s. Growing up in Nigeria I absolutely loved Howard's tales. Conan was relatively easy to find, and upon returning to England in the 70s, I managed to get hold of some Kull, Cormac and Bran Mak Morn stories, but no way near enough. First time I've come across this, and it's absolutely brilliant. The narration and different accents are outstanding. Inspired by Howard and subsequently David Gemmel, I am now a self-published author, and find your uploads instructional and a joy.

Not only is it a great Howard story, it's also a true display of your acting abilities, providing unique voices for every character.

Just as Kull, brought the might and power of a forgotten age, so does RE Howard, to show how it should be done. I've only recently discovered this gem of a performance. Thank-you.

"Howard's words rang like brazen anvil strokes in a war God's smithy." Quote from Roy G. Krenkle, the artist who painted the magnificent cover if the Lancer Company book King Kull back in the 60s. Your audio book stands side by side with that great work as an equal. Valka, Crom and Howard thank you for your contribution.

Thank you so much. We loved it, a fantasy action crossover through time from almost 100 years ago, makes a lot of modern stuff seem real poor.

An amazing , inspiring story. Akin to 300. Both 300 led by a fierce , legendary King. Thank you very much for an excellently presented production of a very well written story. A bugle blaring glorious chorus of the multiverse of men.

I can't reconcile the almost American sounding accent for Kull but awesome reading despite this. When the wizard states he will bring a king like none has seen for thousands of years my skin nearly leapt off me!

Excellent job on this one. It's always been my favorite Kull story, my second favorite Bran story. What I like about your readings, are the pronunciations of names and places that I've only seen when reading. "Connacht", "Cymbrian", "Trajan" ( from Worms). Just one more reason your work is really enjoyable to listen to. Looking forward to hearing El Borak!

Do you know who this story needed??? BLACK TURLOG
It woulda been dope if there was some Sergio Leonne, 3 way plot action happening with 2 opposing forces and a 3rd wild card to keep things interesting.
i know black turlog was born around a thousand years late for this battle, and this story was awesome enough as is, but itd be cool to see how he would interact with Bran and Kull

brule appears in our Kull stories 'The Mirrors of Tuzun Thune', 'The Cat and the Skull' and 'The Shadow Kingdomw' but he's still emisarry to Kull and the Picts at that point

That is similar to what Taylor Caldwell said about her writing . When she wrote the biography of Ghengis Kahn she went and camped out in the steppes to get a sense of the man ; channeling those times. She stated she actually felt she was able to channel some person close to him.

. General George C Patton when urged by his subordinates to stop the March and camp as the men were tired replied," Over this next hill is a small valley with a rise on its far side, upon which sits a knoll with an old Roman encampment . We will bivouac there; as it provides excellent defense and commands a 360 degree view . And sure enough it was there. Although he had never been in that part of France before nor was the site on any known maps. He confided later that he believed he could remember snatches of 4 or 5 previous lives and in every one he had been a great commanding General of an entire army.

we try to use coresponding accents for people from diffent locations of the ancient world, but conan and kull are individual outsiders, we never interact with anyone else from atlantis or cimmeria, so we used western accents for them to make them stand out
