    This has been really helpful even with acid reflux. So thank you for sharing this 😊 I have a question though, does it necessarily have to be had warm or can be had once it has cooled to room temperature also ?

      Cooled or room temperature is fine too. Even I have it cooled many times. It's said in Ayurveda that the body can absorb more easily when the temperature is warm that's all. Also you could add just a little pinch of ajwain/ carom seeds to this. So happy it helped you, thank you for letting me know 🌷🌷
