is it necessary to answer all questions. infact he was very respectful and addressed your journalists very well. as a business man there might be several pressures boggling you down in day to day life. News ko TRP dilane ke liye kuch bhi colouring mat dejiye sir. Uska time kharab chal raha hai and he defaulted for sure, give him an opportunity to repent and repay. just pissing off anyone will not lead to any good outcomes. He is a defaulter ,but he has his own choice and right for not speaking to media .The Media can draw its own conclusions against a person but cannot compel any body to answer its questions and thus should refrain from giving its own judgements about him or any body else being in the same situation..Every body has right to keep quiet and speak at the place where he thinks ,it is appropriate to speak.Media should keep this in mind and should not feel offended by somebody who decides not to speak with media .

It is not arrogance .It is his own way and his right not to talk to TV Channels Any thing said by him will be made a big issue ,which may affect his defence in the court.So far as body guards ate concerned ,they can be seen any where in Restaurants ,builders offices money landing companies etc where they are known as boxers and are there to keep away the general public.Even most of the stars and religious saints / BABAs ate having the security guards to keep the general public away from them. ,.
