The most elegant solution I have seen to date! I transferred and graded 16 and 35mm pos and neg film for 15 years using the Bauch FDL 60 system. There was an optional Super 8 gate available for that Telecine Chain, but unfortunately our company did not own one, shame!
that's amazing I made my first short movies on 16mm and quality of the transfer was quite bad 15 years ago, do you have a website with pricing per roll/foot ? Danke
we don´t have, but you can ask for an inquiry at info@film-digital.de Just tell us the amount of rolls/foot and the format you wish. We offer eg 5K, 4K, 2K, Full HD, in ProRes 4:2:2, mkv, Tiff/DPX - whatever you want to.
Hello! The system is synched in the following way: You work with 16,66 fps - 16,66 x 3 (3 shutter blade) = 50 (frequency PAL) We also provide the possibility to build in a 2 shutter blade: 25 fps x 2 = 50 (frequency)
A bit of well aged promo video and I'm not sure if FILM-DIGITAL still curate it but here is my question: " How does this sophisticated system deals with " Film- Shrinkage " or damaged perforages?
Shrinkage or damaged perforation is an important question. The more damages you have, the more you should think about using a system without claws. But these systems are much more expensive. Our system copes with damages / shrinkage as good as the projector itself. That´s one of the reasons why we decided mainly to modify Bauer projectors. They have the best film transportation.
@@film-digital2129 Sorry I misunderstood your article at first I thought you were just selling the camera and other equipment to attach to a projector.
Hallo, bei youtube gar nicht, da die Filme dort stark komprimiert werden. Schreib am besten eine Mail an info@film-digital.de, dann sende ich ein Beispiel über Dropbox. Viele Grüße, Ulrike Schmidt

Bu un
What a clever way to transfer 4K video. Even it's more cost effective than using a Blackmagic Design Cintel.
You are one of the few that care to stabilize the S 8mm footage. Good on ya.
Top ....... !
Крутая у вас техника
Thanks for subbing in English.
You are amazing! Thanks for all the great information!
Sweet setup!!!

@@film-digital2129 amazing thank you so much I will need to find my film rolls they are stored somewhere in my attic ;)
Hi
Very interesting.
Could you tell me how the camera is synced with the frames?
I think I saw something in there about a control to adjust projector speed.
same question!

@@daveindezmenez he did show that, but unfortunately that is not accurate enough to matter.
Which are the lenses you recommend using for this project?
Have a look at our lenses / optics: www.film-digital.de

Interessante video. Aber wieviel kosten diese Geräte alles zusammen?
Hallo, Preise und weiteres auf film-digital.de
How do you synchronize the camera with projector's shutter?
It is synchronized just with the modified speed of the projector: 16,66 frames per second x 3 (3-blade shutter) = 50 (PAL frequency)
Dove si compra tutto questo?
www.film-digital.com
The final results will depend on the quality of the original film
la macchina e' in vendita? se si, quanto costa, grazie cordiali saluti roberto
You will find systems like this at www.film-digital.de

Super dead.... Time to ditch the format ...
SUPER 8 will never be DEAD, as long as your memories won´t die ... we can see here every day how "dead" it is ... ;)
