In this playthrough I will use a wheel to randomly select a badge after each level up I will be forced to equip and use.
The rules are simple:
I use random wheel to determine a badge to equip after every level up (goo.gl/r7PebJ)
I am forced to upgrade BP until all badges can be equipped
If I have enough BP, any stat may be upgraded
The wheel doesn't only have badges on it, but it also has a few event spaces:
Free Choice: I am allowed to choose ANY badge I want
Chat's Choice: You guys are allowed to force me to equip ANY badge
Badge Swap: I am allowed to swap a badge of my choice with another random wheel spin
That's it! I will be playing through the entire game with this rule set. The random forced badge setups should allow for some fun strategies!

No, Vacuum Wave is a Fighting/Special move with +1 priority. Basically just the Special version of Mach Punch.
