hi Guys. Greetings from this side. I have a hyster H5.0ft diesel forklift with serial number (P005B03724J). this forklift was faulty with the electric nozzles not supplying gas to the engine and we changed it. also, changed the rotary pump , crankshaft sensor and the RPM sensor too. this forklift started working fine but for just a week. it stopped and started showing few error codes.....2000-12, 97-3..........its a H5.0FT hyster diesel forklift and it was recently changed of its electric injector nozzles and this truck worked for 7 days and stopped. right now this forklift is not starting there is no current going to the electric nozzles anymore. checked for voltage but none, even the heater plug has no current. it just cranks on and on and runs down the battery. pls i'd like assistance to this issue as i've concluded that it might be ECU that is faulty. your help will be highly appreciated.... here are my emails if you might want to send on there. thanks in advance...

I'm only 14 and turning 15 on Sunday and would love to get a cummins when I get my license I've loved them for so long and my grandfather has a 2010 3500 cummins and pulls like a freight train
Anepicbro but it's the fact that you have put 10 grand into it to make it good, the 6.0 is a great motor, reliable, powerful, and fast. Buy if you are comparing stock motors from the factory the 6.0 is junk. And please don't get me started on the 6.4, there is a reason ford only used it for 2 years before they decided to make there own
Earthlink Landscaping Services I would never even buy a ford in the first place, but here in WA I have heard from several guys, going to different shops costing between 6k just for studs and gaskets to 10k for the whole 9 yards. like radiators, oil coolers, reman heads, new egr equipment, ect.. they screwed them selves
Should mention that it's good practice to replace the cross over tubes when installing new injectors(especially on common rail) as it's a crush fit into the injector body and could possibly not seat properly if reused. Also doing the short cut of not undoing your adjusting but is bad practice if removing a rocker arm. Your lash can still be out and if you at least don't check it after you could have a tight valve after. Also is a good way to bend a push rod if say you don't know what your doing and don't have your push rods lined up... also for the last issue you need to blow the fuel out of the cylinders after removing the injector as all the diesel from the injector return passage will run into the engine and sit on top your piston. Good way to hydro lock and bend a rod...
This is a two step process that you didn’t see in the video. Pre-Torque Specs - Injector Bolts 44 in/lbs Final Torque 11 ft/lbs Pre-Torque Specs - Injector Tube Nut 71 inch/lbs Final Torque 37 Ft/lbs

GREG_ALBERALLA question for ya. Did you have to do anything with Trim files for the 6.7s? I heard somewhere that you might have to do some trim files for the 6.7 cummins. I've got a 2012 that I'm leaning towards going with some Exergys and was just wandering
I did not, I talked to a couple people about it and in the end I wrote them down and will maybe eventually do the re scale but not too worried about it currently

Hey, I noticed you have that other crankcase vent cover . That I think goes on the F750 Ford. Is that correct?? Is that the one that doesn't require a filter ? If it still needs a filter can you make a video about crankcase filter delete , that cover and the part number Love your videos! You just make it sound so easy . Not getting overly technical like some people . THANKS !!

If you just did the nozzles would it be as good as the whole injector. It's a tow rig so I won't be racing it.

what's your thoughts on 6.0 and 7.3 I got one of both
jacob techau 6.0 can be great engines if you're willing to throw some money into them and the 7.3 is probably the best Diesel engine put in a ford
well I got. about 10g a motor and trans in my 06 not quite stock I had no issues when it was stock ran fine
did you not run the valves while you did the injector install?
