This is Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye (MTMTE). The story follows a crew of Cybertronians led by Rodimus, who go on quests in their starship, the "Lost Light". In this video, Whirl asks Cyclonus and Rung are taken captive by Fortress Maximus as he demands Rodimus to turn the ship around.
