I then quit cr for a year and I came back few months ago and when I searched your channel I seen that you also partially quit cr and that made me sad. I hope you find joy in what you do
what would you say are the best exercises to build muscle, specifically the bicep ? is standing bicep curls on a machine better or actually having the weights or is the more simple solution is to do push ups situps etc . .
@@babynateee so people often get mixed up and confused because there are so many exercises and so many people saying these are the best exercises, but there is no best exercise, growth comes from consistency in the gym and food. So I would say, keep it simple, for biceps I do seated curls and then either cable or machine curls or I use a barbell or ez-bar. And then if I can, I build some more thickness by doing hammer curls. Super easy, I aim to always do better each workout and then I eat what my body needs. If you want more info, I can help with a whole routine and everything
