- They showed up and did great with the help of some friends. Part of the band was trapped in Asheville due to Hurricane Helene, but four of them made it down the mountain safely, along with the bass and mandolin players. All are now stuck in the Piedmont for a bit. The generosity of folks to help these displaced musicians is inspirational.
