I just handed them my 3 months bank statement and 3months bank statement from my mom as well and provided the invitation letter stating that she will be staying under my roof and I will be responsible for all her basic needs while she’s still under my roof I guess the key is just to have a healthy bank balance where they can see you have enough money for all your necessities and no negative balances

Hello, yes as long as she agrees to it and that it’s in the best interests of the child then that should be fine. They will also want you to attach her ID and her proof of address. All the best

Hi Angie, i had shared financial responsibility but i did not even have to go as far as mentioning that. All i mentioned was the child has always stayed with me and the father confirmed that in his consent letter. I would say whatever you say in your letter, make sure the fathers letter corresponds/ confirms this.
I’m really sorry to hear that, I used a law firm called Cleaver Fulton Rankin. At the time they charged me £500 I’m not sure if this had gone up. I wish you all the best

Unfortunately unaccompanied children get problems on entry even if they have visa. Questions upon Questions but if you show up you will still get your child but still Questions upon Questions to make sure you are actually the sponsoring parent. It's better you go to your home country and come with the children
(c) the decision maker is satisfied that there are serious and compelling reasons to grant the child entry clearance or permission to stay with the parent who has permission as a Skilled Worker. You have confirmed your mother has not made an application for leave to enter the UK as they will remain in (Pakistan). You have also confirmed both your parents have parental responsibility for you. Please provide any further evidence, information or documents you would like to be considered in line with point (c) above. i got this email please tell me what to doo pleaser reply me

Ma after your child biometrics how many weeks did it take for his visa to be approved
It came back within 2 weeks (10 working days) forgot the exact amount of days it took but not more than 10 days

I did all that and the visa was refused. Its not that easy anymore
