Nice video Jael... I love my mixed veggies potatoes and italian sausage included, I toss them in olive oil, sprinkle crushed black peppercorn, seasalt, red pepper flakes then I roast everything together in the oven. Delicious and healthy!

Wow, Auntie has a beautiful home in a beautiful neighbourhood. The veggie dish look great, I can't say I'll try it though because cooking is just not my thing. I think its good that your aunt retired while she is still strong and fit so that she can do the things she really enjoys doing, at her own time and terms. I'm the aunt in my relationship, my nieces are only a few years younger than me. I grew up being close to two and spent some school holidays together even in Uni. At some point the one I was closest to got married and her husband kind of isolated her from the family and then one day he just up and disappeared. It's really sad because she fell into a deep depression and was hospitalized, she must've felt really like she couldn't talk to anyone and since she removed herself from all of us, we couldn't even help because we didn't know😥
We call it vegetable tempura in America. I love you two laughing and having a good time!! And yes being vegan is closer to the natural way of eating for black people.
