Tad Dunavan that’s not “clicking”, that’s the exhaust backfiring due to shifting/downshifting. The only reason the car is doing that in this video is from the tune he made to be able to drive as close to the real version as possible. The replication wouldn’t have been possible without doing such upgrades. Plus, the real General Lee wasn’t “stock” either Incase you forgot. So, sorry if a video game recreation isnt movie perfect there buddy. This isnt meant to be a perfect movie scene, its a replication of the original movie scene in a video game and he put a ton of time and effort into making this video and he actually did a rather amazing job, this is about as close to a perfect replication as it gets. And it was pretty damn good. But you seem to think hes going to make a movie out of a game. If you wanted to watch a perfect chase scene of the General Lee, then just go watch the actual scene from the series. Good lord, ignorant people like you are what make the internet so toxic. Idle sounds ok but at rev sounds like a PS1 game. Plus a 440 six pack max power was at 5K RPM and had a 4 speed. Should have left car stock and just added the paint and try again. I want to see that.

the dukes would never stay on the road. they would use farm tracks, fields, and stuff like that to get away. also, their engine probably never backfired in its life, as well as the fact that the rims and plates are wrong.
