if y’all don’t like earphones getting wrapped around you and tangled whilst you fall asleep listening to ASMR, I recommend sleepphones. They’re like a head band you wear and over the ears there’s small speakers. You can get wireless ones that you charge throughout the day. Happy Sleeping x
