I personally say for me the worst one or at least most disappointing was endor. At least with crait I knew where I was going, while the ewok village is just a maze that I keep getting lost in.
So far my only mediocre ones were Pasaana and Geonosis. Pasaana was great at the festival but the other half was a little annoying, and Geonosis was just kinda bland. I haven’t 100%ed it yet but I’ve enjoyed every other planet so far, and that’s impressive.
FR the feeling of landing on kamino with all the rain and going inside to be greeted by kaminoans is just so amazing bro the rain really adds to the feeling
I know that at this point we shouldn’t complain about the hubworld being too small cause they absolutely nailed it and they put so much details in every planet and there are so many planets to explore, but it just feels so weird to me that they left kijimi out of free roam, they have every single planet even planets that seemed barely explored in the movie, I don’t get why out of all the planets they desided to not do kejimi, leaves a little bit of a sour feeling in my mouth and just makes the game feel unfinished, idk maybe it’s just me

I also find it weird star killer base/ilum popped up on the map only to disappear when it exploded, I get it exploded, but it would still be cool if it stayed there so players could explore it, like who would complain that there is another planet to explore.

Honestly i’ve always liked one big open world with secrets and loads of details than alot of small hub worlds with alot less care but honestly tsws does it well, although I would take new york from the lego marvel games over the best planets of tsws planets
Agreed. There was far less 'breathing room'. It juts felt confined and chock full of collectibles and interactive civilians but without much space to fly around on a speeder and such
@@ruggedeagle Two of the three achievements for the Kijimi level and involve peacefully clearing the area and completing the level without being spotted. Those are gonna be pains, as will killing that walker’s spotlight with a blaster.
I think Coruscant is a really good planet, but whilst I was going for 100% I ran into quite alot of issues mainly in the fedral District where some of the character missions were just not showing up, I've managed to get 100% now but it was just a nightmare doing so.

I feel the same way about Hoth I wish both had some sort of out door areas. I was also very disappointed in the capitol ships I wish there was a bit more to do in them. Very great open world, but the all in door planets and capitol ships were disappointing for me.
Yeah I initially gave Death Star II the benefit of the doubt for not including the throne room as it was used for a story mission, but then I realized the first part of the Kashyyyk level is literally copy-pasted from the hub world when they totally could've still made the level work without it. You're telling me they couldn't do the same for the throne room? It's literally one of the most iconic locations in the whole series.

Honestly, I do kinda agree with you on almost all your choices. A big problem of mine that I have with Crait, Endor and Hoth is that I tend to get lost and go around in circles when going around collecting Kyber bricks. Personally, I think D'Qar is alright. One of my personal least favourites is Utupau because the whole city is so freaking dark
My least favorite planets are : jakku , passana , dagonah , D'qar , Ajan Kloss, Crait and Kijimi My favorite planets are : Bespin , Kamino , Coruscant, Naboo , Tatooine , Geonosis and Kashyyyk (what about the droid attack on the wookiees ?).
Oh also with starkiller base Once you finish TFA you can’t go back to it so hopefully there are no collections on the planet in general not just for the story

Also when you mention Kijimi, there's something else that I think you could mention. I remember reading something on the IMDB trivia for Wreck-It Ralph where game developers will regularly lock or hide away pieces of code (such as characters or locations) rather than delete them because doing so can cause unintended glitches or other pieces of code and make them spend a lot more time trying to fix things. Given all the trouble that TT Games apparently had with the game, they probably didn't have the time to develop and add the Village completely and hid it. (I don't research much about video games so don't quote me on this) That doesn't mean that I excuse them not adding stuff in the Kijimi Space though like the Kyber Comet. And finally, when ranking the planets, you should mention what else could've been done to each planet's open world. For example, I feel like Utapau could've had the very bottom of Pau city (the circular hole way way down) be explorable, or Crait Space could've had Supremacy as a Capital Ship, Jakku should've had the Finalizer as a Capital ship instead of the Steadfast, Starkiller Base should've been an unlockable Capital Ship via a mission in D'Qar, etc.
I haven’t had a lot of complaints, but I really wish Vader’s Castle was added to Mustafar. It would’ve been super cool to run around in his palace above the lava. I know it wasn’t in the movies, but it seems like a missed opportunity to do something really cool. I mean the Black Sun wasn’t in the movies either, but they still had a room on Mustafar.
If were talking about specific areas. The Gungan city is pretty poor. Very nostalgic but theres just not much to it and it doesnt feel as much of a city as Theed does. Favorite planet is Yavin4, The moment I found out they let you climb the stepped temple to the very very top it instantly made the top of the list.

I’ve still got a few more planets to go but so far my least favorite was Endor as it was really hard to navigate with all the layers and I was constantly falling to my death. So far I really liked Ahch-To for the music and how beautifully recreated the island is.

I totally agree. But one thing is disappointing: after you complete the sidequest with the Sith party throne it doesn’t disappear. Every time you visit the throne, the party music plays, some candles are on the throne and palps robotic arm moves around…

Not only that, but on PC, Endor is TERRIBLY optimized, so I was forced to 100% the planet at a consistent 19 fps.

the reason you can't explore kjimi is the same reason you can't explore alderann (idk the spelling) or starkiller base. They got blown up.

I think a majority of planets are mediocre if they have less than 2 districts. I personally like genosis a lot and i’m closing in on the 100% mark.
