IIT Hyderabad has been attracting some of the most talented guys for 4-5 yrs, it actually crossed IIT Guwahati and is getting on par with Roorkee. Location proved to be the gamechanger for IIT Hyderabad(Hyd being 2nd largest IT Hub after Bengaluru in India).Bhubhaneshwar, Indore also have been established along Hyderabad in 2008, but none of them reached this level.Location proved to be the vital factor.

The same can be allotted to subsequent batch students to helping /take over (final year) this way the complete campus can be made beautiful place to study, stay, educate our coming generations.
Nice to see good infra provided to students in future. I hope one day some path breaking innovations comes from the students not just getting placed in corporate markets... I wish Campus bring great innovations as much more greater than its gona look sooner...

IITs are Autonomous Institutes.. I don't think any effort from state governments for their development... Funds are from the Centre and development is by the research work done by the Professors and students.. Don't give credit to someone else...
