Luckily, ABS-CBN restored Banaue (1975) and Minsa'y Isang Gamu-gamo (1976). Yung Banaue, yan ang unang Gerry de Leon movie na na-restored ng Channel 2. Yung Minsa'y Isang Gamu-gamo naman, we all know na doon nanggaling ang linyang "My brother is not a pig!", noong nire-restore, nanghiram ng ABS-CBN ang 35mm print ng movie mula sa FDCP dahil naroroon ang missing sequences (includes the opening na nagsa-saranggola si Carlito) pero faded na siya. From 10 mimutes to the film's conclusion, ang source element ay ang print ng movie mula sa ABS-CBN Film Archives which is malinaw.
