I'm pretty sure that addon got discontinued because it is no longer compatible in the newer versions of Minecraft and some mobs and items in that mod are still unfinished so I can't showcase it anymore
For filming the shots I use some Minecraft recourse and behavior packs like the Ty-el's UI Pack and More Camera Perspective so I can change the game's camera more easily, I also sometimes use ReplayCraft for filming some shots And finally I add some music and transitions to the following shots to finalize the video, Any video editor will do for me I use Cyberlink

Bad news: It's no longer available on planet minecraft to download for free and is gonna be released in the marketplace, so we might wanna have to pay for it like any adds-on, because that way players on different devices can have access. But hey, we Bedrock players have waited a long time for this so the payment will definitely be worth it.

It's a glitch on Minecrafts side.
You can't it's a bug in the pack just import your custom skin to change the frog skin
