I’m just watching now sat by the fire 🔥 just the Christmas tree & my Irish Wolfhound The Beethoven piano sonata is my favourite piece I saw my first ghost as a child then later as a nurse in hospital & later as a hospice nurse I always maintain if you don’t go looking they will find you
I actually really like investigations done with some light and not completely in night vision, it's much more atmospheric to be able to see what the place really looks like. Great video!

As too the remains on site, from the dating would suggest they may have been the original benefactors of the wooden church...so they were re deposited in what would have been consecrated ground. I quite like that ❤
It's very interesting to see them there and how they were found. As I mentioned in the video, they must have been high up the social ladder of the time to be buried like that.
What an incredible building with such an interesting history. ROFL about the tv show ... lol. Re the teeth - the British historian with long, blonde curls (I'm bad with names, sorry) did an episode on sugar and tooth decay. Sugar was introduced to England around the 11th C apparently (some say 13th) but wasn't widely used until much later, and in the beginning was used only by the wealthy. Up until sugar was introduced, the skulls of people both poor and wealthy had excellent teeth. After the introduction of sugar, you could witness the changes as it became more common and started with the wealthy first, as they didn't realise what was causing it. If these women were nuns, I'm doubting they'd have access to sugar? I could be wrong, of course. xxx Awesome episode. Thank you.
Many thanks for your comments Bunny, interesting about the introduction of sugar, the skeletons weren't Nuns I think. I believe they were thought to be Saxon people as they were carbon dated to about 150 years before the nuns took over the dilapidated wooden church....I could be wrong though.

Its a shame isn't it Mark. All these wonderful properties, steeped in history and yet the end result is always (?) the same...the spirits don't turn up to play. What a location. Magnificent place. I would love to know how much of it is active as a school and if it has any out of bounds areas and if the grounds themselves are rumored haunted too? So much to explore. I was curious to know how the torch was switched on, a button or switch for instance? It was interesting to hear you muse over the reality of the paranormal experience and do remember, we watchers are on your team, if you see it hopefully we will too. Nice to see Lindsay, hi Lindsay, perhaps a Dead Cold concert for the dead is in order. Get Lindsay playing piano on a rainy night and who knows!

There probably will be some out of bounds areas but we weren't given full roaming and that's perfectly understandable given it's a school. I went to school here. Most of the rooms were used, some offices, some classrooms, some common rooms. We weren't allowed to use the oak staircase as the only restriction I remember, although I think at one point some of the second floor was out of bounds for some structural reason. Oh, and the cellars weren't really used. It was a wonderful place to be at school and I used to be one of the 6th Form tour guides at weekends, including ghost tours!

I went to a school which grew up around a small stately house in the Midlands called Malvern Hall. There were bits in the old building that were out of bounds, stairs only the top year could use and cellar, ice tunnel and ice house that were strictly out of bounds and so of course said to be haunted.

I can send you a copy of the recording I made in Ross Bay Cemetery when a British lady spirit blurted out the air above me saying, "We're buried at the church!" Even after having my own experiences I'm extremely skeptical of other people's in counters. I'm still i have to see it to believe it.
