I just rewatched the whole series. At the end of episode 7 (a bit over a year ago) they say that you could have watched episode 8 then if you downloaded an app. So this episode is as old as the others.

Just stumbled on this as a fan of Henry's Kitchen. I've got a very good memory for faces and recognised the knife guy from somewhere. It says he's Johnny Pemberton, and sure enough I know him from the comedy seris "Superstore" but he's been in various other things. High faluuuting cast! I wonder if they are paid in cash, or coffee?
I guess it could weighed different ways: What would be better/worse? If he drank the coffee quickly, stayed only 15-20 minutes but left her a dollar or 2 OR ordered a whole meal, stayed for 45 minutes and tipped her $6 ($30 bill). Would the $6 tip be worth her while? I’d rather brew a pot of coffee and hope he didn’t loiter.
