Plz I , need your help on how to retrieve my al619 register password , it’s sdcard was stolen at my workshop I need to update it for a new as card
UPDATE: The latest version of the firmware/software for the AL619 is ver. 1.33 - DO NOT download it from any of the free bogus sites that claim to offer it. Autel includes free lifetime program updates for the AL619. However, in order to get them you MUST "register your product". Go to the Autel dot com website and click on register in the upper right corner. FYI: You will need both the product number and serial number off the back of the unit. Once you have registered, log on. One logged in click on "My Account"... then click on: PC Suite Program. Download and install the program on your computer. Once installed, remove the SD card from your AL619 and using a mini SD card reader plug it into any available USB port on your PC. Launch the program on your PC and follow the prompts. You can verify you have the most current version of the program or follow the instructions to update if available.
Unable to input my registered serial number. I thought it was the website password but I don't think it knows what it wants! Substandard company! should have gone elsewhere!

Compre un escaner al619 pero no me sirvió para nada ya que lo actualice y nunca fue verdad q su conecto con mi giuday danta fe.
Y ademas dice el manual q se puede condigurar a español y es mentira eso no sirve es una estafa.
El hecho de que no sepas utilizarlo no significa que sea una estafa, primero educate en el tema, luego opina.
Yo no puedo cambiarlo al español e hice actualizaciones por medio de la PC, tienes alguna solucion para eso tu amigo?
En google hay bastante informacion de como actualizar el firmware, debes pedirle a quien te vendio el equipo que le escriba a AUTEL para que usando el numero serial del equipo (S/N) te lo pongan en español desde AUTEL, es la unica forma de hacerlo.
