- Senior advocate Harish Salve has issued a warning about organisations like Hindenburg Research, saying if not checked, they will question the country's judiciary one day. "In any other country people would have said Hindenburg report belongs to garbage bin... Hindenburg is trying to browbeat SEBI... There should be a tribunal for defamation in India.. Tomorrow, such bodies won't spare even judges," he told NDTV in an exclusive interview. He also said it is "shameful" that a section of political leaders are taking Hindenburg seriously.

Why did Sebi or Adani did not bring any defamation case against Hindenburg?
The share market operators across the world are no fools to believe Hindenburg Research Report to shed 2/3 of the market value of a particular scrip overnight on the basis of faith, trust and belief on their report.
Why not Harish Salve file a defamation suit against Hindenberg Research in New York Courts on behalf of the SEBI chief which could have silenced these crooks from future mud slinging against our corporates & our stock regulators...

First of all prove the defamation in the allegations of the Hindenburg Report by documentary evidence in the appropriate court of law in the USA.

Fact is Indian economy and stock markets are robust. Scandals are factored in and the stable trends after the allegations, are proof enough about the resiliance of strong capital market. There is no panic or unusual volatality. The whole uproar is a futile exercise like the previous one. Hindenburg will keep coming back so long as their mischiefs are lapped up by a section of Opposition. Many are well invested in stock market.
