My theory for this song: I cannot speak Japanese so if anyone is a Japanese speaker can translate this in English please do so. But my guess is the two characters are or were once friends. But one of them (0:08 This guy) had a large issue and turned to their friend for advice and comfort. Their once stable friendship started becoming toxic due to the other either venting too much forgetting about possibly their own friends issues, hurting the other with their words while just as much hurting themselves. When the other male friend (0:06) attempts to help his friend he meets the same fate losing himself and ends up being dragged into his friends issues now they both have to deal with. But suddenly he mistakes his friend as the person who is the antagonist or part of his personal issue (0:11 - 0:12) he panicked and no longer sees his friend as a person who attempts to help him (0:19, 0:20) where he ends up stabbing him but not actually stabbing him possibly saying something horrible or doing something horrible that shocked him possibly making a slice in their relationship. 0:23 his friend realizes his mistake but he isn't able to stop himself. He goes down to "Strangle" him but not really kill him more of attempts to get rid of him and make him stop caring. Like how you'd cut someone out of your life. (0:34) He isn't able to continue but he sees his friend somehow seem to forgive him though clearly the wounds and injuries wont heal. 0:36-0:38 but here is something I am not sure of but goes with my theory. 0:29 we see his friend smile in defeat while the other rest their head on his shoulder 0:41 / 0:42 I think this may show how their once friendship became a out if control relationship and he knows that it wont last much longer. That smile can be one of remorse or one of pure relief now that he can get rid of their friendship. Well if you have any theory's or know the English translations please tell because I am curious.
