Growth rotations of mandible isn't a very well understood topic amongst students. This video would help to develop a basic insight and the various terminologies used by scientists overtime. Hope you enjoy it !
Growth rotations affect the clinical outcome during growing years. If we fail to acknowledge these for different growth patterns results may vary with the same mechanics...
Do you know what page of Profitt he divides Internal Rotation into Matrix and Intramatrix rotation? Or another source for that? That makes total sense conceptually to me, but a professor told me this is the wrong way to look at it. I'm trying to make sense of it now.I see Profitt's chart in Ch.4 of the different definitions authors have used for jaw rotation, but I didn't see anywhere in that chapter where he says internal is made of matrix and intramatrix
@@BeWired_7mm You are awesome, perfect thank you so much!! Don't know how I glossed over that part when I was looking for it. I just needed some literature evidence to send to my professor. Thanks for making an awesome video! Best wishes.
navneet kaur tantalum pins of 1.5 mm length nd 0.5 m diameter were used, in mandible 4 implants were inserted.. one at symphysis, 2 at right side of mandible below 4 and 6, one at the outer surface of the right ramus at occlusal level.
