Tim Cameron as always that buggy is friggin mean and well built and tuned but would have liked to see Burkey hit it he woulda put on a good show but everyone did really good and let em hang out look forward to seeing yall at Windrock on the 16th yall gonna be running UTV's and Bouncers right ???
@@BustedKnuckleVideo thanks for the reply i live n kansas and i havent heard anything about rock bouncing but its badass i will be maming plans to go see this live crazy cool thank u so much
It's crazy how the power of the Gold Rush buggy can get you out of spots that other buggy's would be stuck. I would like to see Timmy get in it and go up a good hill and just see what happens.
Awesome Vidéo!!!! I Love This Rock Bouncer!!!! Family BACON is Awesome Driver!!! The Buggy of Family BACON is Unique and TOUGH !!!! Awesome Driver Rock Bouncer!!!!!
Told ya old Pike is a driver he be sandbaggin I think he don’t wNna make people mad he tryin to build more buggy’s 😂 lol he’s def a driver tho he turned that corner over that rock like a champ
Comparing n/a hp to centrifugal hp, like hell bent vs gold rush, it looks like the more linear power curve of a n/a engine is better suited for this application. You can make the numbers either way, but the centrifugal setup will always lack bottom end being that it’s boost is rpm dependent.
Does turbo lag cause much of an issue in some of the slower and more technical sections? It's hard to tell from watching on video, but it's got me curious as to the benefits of natural aspiration or even a supercharger over turbos.
So I'm new to rock bouncers. If I'm correct it's a run what ya brung formula aside from safety. So my question is why are guys not using significantly more aggressive tread patterns? Our side by side and utvs have a much more aggressive tread then a lot of these trucks run. Not criticising just curious what the thought process is.
more aggressive like Tractor Tires? All of these tires are competition compound and cut to work in loose dirt and the rocks. And I don't know how you can look at a 46USD and not thing they are aggressive?
BustedKnuckleVideo I'm more into the mud world of off roading. Around my area everyone pretty much runs a tire called an assassinator. Which is a very aggressive large lugged tire similar to an r1 ag tire but not identical. Or they run an r1 ag tire just depends. I'm not suggesting these tires aren't aggressive. What I'm asking is why are they not using a larger lug/ deeper tread pattern tire? Is it that you guys aren't really worried about overall grip and are instead just relying on wheel speed to clear the tire and get you through? In one of your older videos two guys actually make a joke about running r1 again tires and mounting them backwards. Obviously I'm missing something because everyone is running a similar tire for the most part. That's what I'm trying to understand is what I'm missing. This probably the 10th video I have watched of yours and am enjoying it. 👍
many of the courses are a mix of loose dirt and solid rock, ag tires would help in the dirt but hirt you in the rocks so the cut tires that they run are a best of both worlds setup
@@BustedKnuckleVideo I certainly would have lost a bet with someone given his track record for slaying every hill he points a buggy at! It was great watching him try a different line. No risk, no reward. I'm sure he'll kill the next one. Thank you for providing the awesome videos!
I still wish there was a game that I could do stuff like this in. Sure, there's Spintires-proper and Spintires-Mudrunner, but the physics and friction values in those games are FUBAR.
@@BustedKnuckleVideo Thanx, but I'll pass. If the quality of Mudrunner isn't up to snuff in my books, how could you possibly think Gigabit would be an improvement on that? It's a glorified smart-phone game.
Vote who put on the Best Show on Hill 2
1-Bobby Tanner
2- Ryan Boyd
3- Jake Pike
4-Tim Cameron

Close for me between Ryan and TC but my vote is for Ryan....holy sh#t hope he's ok

we can't have Timmie get in one of our buggies, then he might want one, and that would not be good for the competition
@@BustedKnuckleVideo yeah please don't let that happen he's already almost unbeatable.
LOL
Thanks for the names! I've been wondering who was driving modern warfare! Should have known it was keen or outlaw!!

A lot of it is driver
I gotta get one this looks like to much fun to pass up

Tim for sure. He ran at that virgin slope like a parched man in the desert charging at a Mirage pool. The tenacity was there but the path just wasn’t.
they have climbed that spot before just didn't work this time
Big like
thanks!
Bree is better than 98% percent of the the guys out there she's a helluva a driver!
she showed a bunch of them up for sure, going at the end didn't hurt either
He have to admit, Ryan Boyd, at Hill 1 show some technical driving skills, 12:45, and that buggy has good bottom power.
it did good until he got to hill 2

been sitting up too long maybe
Never driven a "rock bouncer" but I am imagining that throttle control is lacking with these folk.
Sometimes you gotta go WOT
Listen to Tim Camerons throttle control
What mean DNF ? And how many HP in thoses beast ? Here in Europe we dont have anything close to thoses machine !
Did Not Finish - 600-1600HP
