I want it sturdy, but not so much to handle alot of pressure. The application I need is for it to be somewhat rigid. NOT flexing like some kind of wire that you roll out. A fairly rigid 5x5 feet square. Any I want it to be light weight. That sounds like the attributes of aluminum, doesn't it. OK, that or some kind of composite that ends up being lighter.
I'll tell you what, then. You give me the individual wires of the gauge I want. Then, I'll make the whole panel, and/or sides, myself. That sounds like the best deal.
