Put in Supertunia Vista Bubblegum last year, in the corner of a bed, to fill in a particularly difficult spot. It was on irrigation, but I did nothing else. That thing grew to at least 3 x 3, overtook plants nearby and I had to trim it back as it spilled over the rock wall, onto the sidewalk. The entire supertunia vista series is wonderful. No deadheading, just prolific bloomers.

Thank you for saying your zone, 9. I am in Zone 9a FL. I do trellis/container garden/w drip, and your step by step is very good. Thanks for showing the prices too. Feb 2024 I bought only two PW supertunias in Feb 2024 for a sunny space in ground and as of May they are 48 and 53 inches across. Pink amoebas took over.

Those Silverberries are going to be so gorgeous!!! I have planted a couple Supertunia Vista Bubblegum this year. First time planting Proven Winners. Laura from Garden Answer is where I first saw them grown and now you also. I absolutely love the idea of putting them on top of the pergola. Happy gardening!

Good morning. I'm in zone 8b... 3 years ago I planted silverberry and bubblegum.... my silverberry survive our winter with no protection. I trim them back in Feb and they look amazing.

Bubblegum Vista is everywhere here in Charleston, SC. I just counted at my Lowes today they had at least 150- 200 pots of Bubblegum. I was lucky to find Jazzberry at a Ace Hardware I have only seen it that one time in my whole area. I only have seen Silverberry at a small local nursery.

I'm in Fresno, and my Vistas overwintered perfectly in the ground and hanging baskets. They're huge! I actually fertilize every 3-4 days come late spring summer.

I found the super vista bubblegum in my lowes yesterday!!! I really want to find the superbells lemonade to mix with it, though. Youre convincing me to go back & get them!😆 okay so if it grew & spread that much for you with only a few plants, im thinking i just need 1 for each tree ring i have. The tree rings are pretty small. I do want a nice full look but my original qty may be too much😆

I planted this colour in New Zealand this summer gone in all my extra large urns & it was stunning will definitely do a repeat next warm season , we are similar zones & these only work as an annual

That is going to look so so good!!! Last year I planted supertunia paradise on top of my arbor but I had a hard time keeping them watered enough. I did not have them on a drip system so I think you will have better luck than I did.

My Home Depot and Lowe’s had a lot of proven winners annuals, including Supertunia’s last year but this spring, I have not seen one pot of annuals at Lowes this year and my Home Depot had one small tray of Supertunia’s! And it’s not like I missed them or anything! I have literally been scouring my local Home Depot and Lowe’s several times a week for the last month and a half!
That is weird we have so much Bubblegum Vista here in South Carolina way more then last year. Like 100s at each Lowes. And Superbells for days.

Those planters could of not fit more perfectly!!!! Love it when things work out. I started using flower-tone in my pots so I can skip the weekly fertilizer. I do it when I pot my annuals then aging a month or so later.

Hi if you can't find any pink bubble gum why don't you collect some of your seads from the plants that you already have. Hope this helps and your garden and house is stunning
Supertunia produce so many flowers because they DONT seed. They are grown via propogation. Which you can absolutely do at home too, but still much more difficult to do.
You can easily propagate these petunias I do it all the time to stretch my budget plants are cheap and penny pinching helps.
Im putting in a drip system in for my plants and I need more tubing. I originally ordered the system online. Can you get the spool of 1/4 inch poly tubing at Lowe's?

i already planted my 9 containers with geraniums , i personalliy dont like supertunias because in mid - september they look horrific , and geraniums for me are blooming untillfebruary
I am surprised, of all that "Bubble-gum" Petunia, why were there no seeds to procure, or, Volunteers from those seeds that got dispersed? Do Proven Winners not produce seed?
They do not produce seeds they’re sterile from what I’ve heard. 🌷💚🙃
Awww Lola is so cute. I used to have a duck growing up. They really are such characters and make fun pets. Mine would sit on my lap in the evenings and would quietly watch tv while I pet her. Your bringing back such fond memories. :D
