If you're using wooden skewers, you should soak them in water for a few hours, or even overnight if you remember. Stops them from burning

Hi I have a question for you. Your potjie pot size 8 that you have is that 8 liters ? In America the size 8 is almost a 5 gallon pot yours don't look that big
