i paid 4k for my ticket in the nosebleeds. I would pay any amount to return to that environment. -as an eagles fan who lost. It was so cool to be so far from home but surrounded by all your local celebrities and past friends. such a special experience, i would definitely try to go before you get to old.

Oh yes they absolutely can call a penalty at any point in the game. What you absolutely cannot do is have a player commit a foul right in front of the ref (no matter how many times he got away with it already) which sets up the game winning score with no time left to recover.
Exactly. I had said for the refs to call that flag the entire game, and when they finally did so, I was like 'it's about dang time'. The refs nailed that call.

Ya, because they hadn't seen a really good offence very often this year... Honestly, they really didn't play any great teams this year, until the Superbowl. Eagles were a great team this year, but they really weren't tested very much. And they got outplayed by the Chiefs' DL for much of the game, but especially the second half. Only thing the Chiefs couldn't stop was Hurts' QB Sneak.

The entire season came down to, the best player the league has ever seen, not being stopped in the second half. The only yard the Chiefs didn't pick up in the second half was the McKinnon slide at the one.
UM cause the NFL used an untest grass that never should have been used, let alone try it out for the superbowl! They lost cause the couldn't make adjustments. NFL is a joke now! Betting has had an obvious inpact on results. Chiefs "best" oline in the league was literally tackling defense linemen and no calls.

The entire season didn’t come down to the referees. The entire season came down to a defensive player making a stupid decision to hold and hope he would get away with it.
It was a terrible call it should not ever been made number 57 on the chiefs had illegal hands to the face on the same play so due to that penalty the flags should have canceled out and eagles should have had ball

@@syltk5485 bradberry admitted it was a hold. OBJ did not have illegal hands to the face, it’s how the screenshot was taken, watch the 22 of the play and you’ll see. If the flags offset they’d replay 3rd down. Even if they didn’t chiefs still kick the FG and Eagles have about 1:30 on the clock. Every single point you made was wrong
@@syltk5485 No it wasn’t. You can see he was holding plain as day and he admitted he was. He got away with it multiple times during the game so he thought he could again but the ref saw it the last time. He tried to cheat and got caught. Get over it.

fuck man that sounds so awesome! im american but live in berlin & go to uni so going to the superbowl could at earliest become a reality in like 5 years lol. and even then i dont just have to pay an absurd amount for tickets but also normally at least around one grand for flights + a cpl hundred for hotels on top😭😭but one day i HAVE to make it happen. my dream is in 5-6 years to get tickets for me & my dad whos in the US & fly over there as a surprise.

Please, our defense didnt play their best, and the field was trash, and caused our D lime to be slipping all over the place. If our D had their best game, we would of won Ez. Even more so if Jalen didnt fumble the ball for no reason. lol But shit happens,a nd its just a game. Onto next year.

If you're in the first few rows in the upper levels the view is fine, plus you can see what's going on during every play. I've found sitting in the lower levels it's hard to see every play and at times I end up watching the scoreboard. In the end it's all about the experience.

If it’s a hold in the first quarter, and a hold in the second quarter. Then why shouldn’t it be a hold with two minutes left in the Super Bowl? A hold is a hold! The biggest third down of the season for your defense, you would think they’d make sure not to hold right in front of the ref.

Surely now that you've had time to calm down and review the game you understand that while Mahomes was on the sidelines for almost the entire FIRST half, he scored on every drive in the second half. Your Special Teams allowed a SB record of a 65-yard punt return which set up for a wide open TD to Toney. Later your defense allowed Mahomes to scramble straight up the gut for 26-yards and set up for another wide open TD. That legit holding call, while may be ticky tacky or not, it was legit and it didn't determine that game. The Eagles were outcoached in the second half. js

He was within 5 yards and that was a light hold. Normally refs don't call that and they let the players play it out. As the refs always do, they saw Patrick in danger of losing so they called some stupid holding call they normally wouldn't have called. I'm a Packers fan so I am not biased

I was at the game too, my Chiefs! dream come true after 27 years a fan 🥰! I paid my dues, and I paid to go to the Super Bowl, lol but it was worth every penny! As far as Eagles fans go, it didn’t come down to one play. ZERO sacks-and all that talk about their D! Pssh! 😤Couldn’t stop Patrick Mahomes from running! The Chiefs D play was perfection, and it was a beautiful thing to see. The Eagles had their chances, they didn’t capitalize, and the Chiefs scored every drive in the second half. End of story. That’s why Birds lost. I got to sit next to Pacheco‘s parents, I met a couple other players & families, I had killer seats for $6000, and I will never ever forget it! 😍❤️💛

Stop blaming the refs! We could also argue they blew the second Defensive TD call. When it was a catch and football move then fumble that was overturned for 6pts. The Eagles D was a no show and got out coached and outclassed. The Eagles are a great team,they were just beat by a better one.
As a chiefs fan we did this all season. Let people and teams think they had a chance and then beat em last minute most of the time. It Chess not checkers. Credit to Andy Reid for that. Our offense could not be stopped and Philly hasn’t seen a team like us during their “soft” 2022-2023 schedule. Like the Chiefs didn’t earn that win? Shoot they earned it and deserved it and won it🥇

Holding penalty: The ball may have been uncatchable. All Bradberry had to do was keep his hands off the WR. You don't want to give the refs an excuse to throw a flag at the end of a game. If I was the cornerback, I'd keep my hands off of the WR.

If it wasn't an endzone play, it probably wouldn't have been called. Holding on an obvious scoring play is judged differently than a middle of the field play. Especially it being a possible game winning score. The flag isn't thrown until after the ball hits the endzone. That would be why they were "letting them play" during most of the game but not during that situation. IMO

Ever since the 1979 AFC championship game when the refs called an OBVIOUS td an imcompletion on Mike Renfro I've been getting my heart stomped on. Oh, and one damn yard to tie a super bowl and can't get in. The pain does subside but never really goes away. At least not for me. Sorry you had to go through that.
The Oilers wouldn't have won that game even if Renfros score had counted. Houston fans always act like they lost because of that one call.

Every year I hear people saying, "The refs should not make those calls, they should let them play" in the post-season. It's exactly the opposite. When it is the big games that matter the most, that is when the refs should be at their MOST diligent. The games that don't matter, like the Pro Bowl, that's where the refs should let the small stuff go. Although the replays they showed during the game didn't show the holding call very well, other camera angles that were shared later showed it a lot better, and it was 100% a good call (even the player who got the flag came out and said it was a legit call). That was a holding call that would have been called in any game, because it affected the intended receiver.
At least Philly fans have the 1980 World Series to make them feel a bit better.
