this is so relaxing and I love your talking! I had a massage some days ago And at one point I was on my back and she had my head to the left and kind of massaging along the shoulder to my neck and I felt like I was about to cry :S its so strange what a massage can do!

Thanks for providing this content. I've been thinking of a back massage by a professional. Can it help with sciatica? Is there anything to be aware of?
Oh I love a massage. You should definitely get one! I'm a Reiki Practitioner and not a massage therapist, but if you work with a professional they're wonderful. Just let them know about your sciatica in advance :)
I've been down this road. There are many things that can cause or trigger sciatica pain. One thing not to overlook is anterior pelvic tilt and high hamstring tendinopathy (PHT). With one or both, you may also notice your glutes are not firing. Numb. You need to work on that to take the pressure off your back. If that sounds like you, you',ll need to start there.
