My son's tennis coach recommended this video - it's a classic. Thankfully his illustrious coach (Rich Berman) provided me with a DVD copy so I could upload it to TH-cam. This is obviously not for profit...just to help the tennis community...especially the kiddos who are learning to manage their emotions on the court.

This oldie but goodie is the real deal! It helped me win a set 6-4 when I was losing 1-4.

Dr. Loehr practically invented the concept.
He literally 'Wrote The Book'. It's amazing to me how much of sports, and society, implement his ideas to this very day. Dr. Loehr helped countless top tier athletes, and every day people, achieve their
goals. I had the great pleasure of being acquainted with Dr. Loehr, and other sports science professionals, during the height of the release of his revolutionary book.
He is a huge part of why USTA Tennis, and Sports in General are Thriving today.
The 'GOAT's of today owe him a debt of immense gratitude,
      in my humble opinion.🎾🎾🎾

Unfortunately I don't have access to that video to upload. The 16-Second Cure was provided by my son's coach and I was able to upload it but don't have the video you are referring to. Sorry!
