But for big clips like this, we hire crew for light, make-up, actors/actresses, sometimes props/decoration etc. All people we trust and work a lot with. In this case, the management (Swag MGMT) played a huge role in writing the concept and the actor for this videoclip. But for the most part we write, prep, do production, cast, find locations, direct, film and edit/vfx the clips with the two of us. For really big videoclips, we sometimes hire an external cameraman and someone specialised in VFX. Ik hope this answers your question! :)
