I didn`t intend to utilize this woodworking website, *TopFineWoodworking. Com* but rather curious about it. I was truly impressed after trying it. I was looking to find out more about the art of woodworking, and was not dissatisfied. I found several topics such as wood types and designing your workshop.

Great project. Thank you for putting this out for all others to learn. Ended up building a modified version for myself about a year ago and turned out great. Revisited this video to apply some similar techniques for a bar cabinet I am building - so thought I’ll leave a comment and say thanks!

Looks good. Tip time... When you plan a project, put it on paper first. You wont come up shy on builds. And always buy another board for just in case. If you have the room to store lumber you will find that you will eventually come up with the materials you need for a project and you wont have to run out for lumber. It's just something I do. Anyway, enough trolling... You do great work and simplify the process which makes this channel worth watching for everyone. Keep up explaining the builds, and God bless.

You're on the right track Matt and you seem to have enthusiasm so just keep it up refining jointing techniques other than relying solely only pocket screws. There's a whole wonderful world out there of joinery and fine furniture building! Oh, and BTW stay away from HD and Lowes for furniture lumber.

I find when using brad nails, don't put them in at 90 degrees to the surface but at alternating angles. Maybe 75 degrees to the left then 75 degrees to the right. It creates more holding power.

Mat. Really Liked this TV Console/stand I am glad to see You found the General Finish Seal-A-Cell products as opposed to the water finish You used in other Video on Coffee Table. I used them on all My Hardwood projects and find them Fool proof . I wanted to know If You thought about doing Console/stand similar to this with like sliding Barn Doors .I have got an old issue of Woodsmith Magazine somewhere shows You how to make the Hardware and everything will post issue here when I find it. I think it would look so Cool to Do the Doors like You do the Tops in a Dark stain. I think You are hitting on the Right thing with the Dark Tops & White frame & Cases. I find People love the Dark & Light Colored wood together. Keep Making Sawdust... Kay

Ive found I like to paint all the plywood panels ive cut before I assemble. Makes easy work of the sanding I hit the other coats after assembly. I use straight edge to lay strips of masking tape before i paint for the glue lines .I just hit it with a foam roller then peel the tape off.

You have been making a lot of projects. You should make yourself a nice work station for your miter box and your table saw. Maybe even a minimal dust collection system with your shop vac you can make it on wheels so we could be moved around since you use your garage brother things also

If you take some of your trim cove, crown or what ever trim you are using and make mini pieces with the same angles, this way you can take those mini pieces back to you saw and swing the blade to match the angle and orientation. Put them on some string and keep them next to your miter saw for next time.

Just found your channel. You've got some great ideas and I like your style of giving reasons for what you do what you do. I saw in the first or second video of yours that I looked at that you seem to use sketchup but I don't see the plans anywhere, nor a cutlist so the projects aren't as easy to follow along as they would be if you had a link to the sketchup file.
Keep up the good work but think about providing a little more info that would let folks follow along and hopefully make some of your projects.

I make shaker style doors right on the table saw. Run a center line and cut 3/4" deep on either side of that...just flip the board around without adjusting fence. Cut the Rails 1 1/2" longer and rabbit a 1/4x3/4 center spline on each end. Everything should fit together perfectly with just glue. 1/4" Plywood slides ride in.
This is closer to factory construction as well, very strong. I ought to make a video

Totally forgot to take into account the front trim piece's width and slapped that side trim w/o even batting an eye. Glued, nailed and secured - then a good while later it caught my eye. Why does that piece look wider......UGH!!!!!!!!!!! all I could do was laugh at myself, learn from it, apologize to the wife, apologize again, again....lol.......but, how else to learn but make mistakes....not a costly one at least....enjoy your videos!!!!
