The "No" after the "Justin, I need grandkids" had me howling. Reminds me of interactions with my son lol. This is adorable and not going to lie, I want one for myself to wear lol
This is so sweet and stinking cute! The "No" from Justin was hilarious! If you have a Teddy Bear, it could waer until you get your future granddaughter. I'm looking forward to that French pattern too! ❤❤❤
Btw, I am almost finished with the 1865 shawl. It is so pretty. I did it in a baby yarn, 2 strands held together, in white. Then the borders, one in gold and the thinner one in silver. I am very pleased with it. It isn't as big as yours, Corinne, but it's a perfect size for little old me. It has inspired me to make a half-circle skirt in a green taffeta for Christmas. 😊
I'm still learning about crochet. Why can't modern sweater patterns be like these with shape. That is the one thing I don't like about so many crocheted sweater patterns is they are just straight panels sewn together and they don't fit nicely. I haven't bought a sweater pattern so maybe there are patterns out there with more shape. I'm really enjoying this series you are doing. I have learned so much just watching you. I would love this jacket in an adult size.
I agree, the garments look so bulky ,if they used a finer yarn it would look more polished, that is where knitting has the edge ,more shapelier garments
There are definitely modern sweater patterns out there with shaping, they're just a little tricky to find. Ravelry is a great website to use, as their search tool is pretty robust and can filter for things like fit and construction techniques. Plus, once you learn increasing and decreasing skills, you just apply it to the sides of a sweater (post-armhole openings) and whabam: shaping! It will vary depending on yarn and stitch type, of course. I find that kind of experimenting fun, though. 😄
That little coat is sooo stink'n cute! I can picture that in a bright red yarn with the white trim for Christmas. The only thing missing would be a matching muff! I must make that. Great choice. Thanks for another great video. 😀
@@maizie9454 totally! I could follow Corinnas video for sure! I just don’t have any little peoples in my life! I’m the only lady in the house lol! It’s ok to make it for me! Haha
my grandmothers name. its pronounced glad-is. its old. love everything out of this book. and you did such a dang great job on this!!!!! yeah, i fast forward...😊
This is just the sweetest!!!❤ I have to make this. So beautiful. This will be for my future grandchild. None of mine have kids yet either. Hopefully one day soon.❤
I really love those ruffles. I've seen them in other patterns, and they looked like a pain to make. Thank you very much for simplifying them. I'm currently working on two cardigans for myself and I think that ruffle sleeves would be delish. Thanks again. ❤❤❤
So darn cute !! Ty for the Pro Tip !! I so appreciate that !! U need a Teddy Bear 🧸 to try on ur makes lol cracked up with the ' No ' comment from Justin lol ur invention of the loop maker and figuring out to make it is brilliant !! Thank You for another great video 📷 Yes u can make that !! ❤ It !!
That is cute! I think it could fit a baby-alive type of doll. I still have one that I won as a birthday gift when I was a child, it is so dear to me that even after decades I can't part ways with it, if I had the yarn I would give it a try but I don't have any right now.
I've been waiting for you to make this coat since the first time I saw it in one of your books. It is even better in real life than it is in the picture!
I hope you made a day the beautifull model in the middle of the two page 😊😇🥰🤭 the noisette rose. You make the job in circle with front and back work i make this a lot of time. It s very adorable. Thanks
This jacket is so cute! I’ve done a loop stitch that’s worked over the thumb or forefinger of the yarn-holding hand. But I like the density of your version better. Thank you for a great tutorial! 🦋

I laughed so hard at that too, it was too funny!! I hope we get to meet Justin on camera some time
Sounds like my boys. The Grand-dog (Friday…she calls me Titi) will have to do. 🤣
I would like one for myself as well. I’m new to crocheting but would like to figure out how to make it bigger.
That is gorgeous! I can imagine it in red/white as a Christmas outfit!
You just need a hood pattern to go with the sweater and mittens! A whole set!
Absolutely adorable!!

That is too stinking cute! Justin, 👏👏, we need grandkids. I would do that in a red, with a Santa hat or elfin hat to match.
Cute!!!! Love the way the sleeves are done.

My thoughts exactly
It is an adorable, little jacket. Wish I had one to wear.
It’s absolutely stunning! Love the gray and white colors😊
I love it where you only put on ruffle on there and 2on the sleeves, looking good, it would look beautiful on a granddaughter 🤗🌷
That is Glad-is. Love that jacket!
Cute I wanna do this for a friend's baby. The older baby style crochet is the cutest.

Love Justin's response to grandkids! "Psuedo-grandchildren" can be acquired by one of your sons knowing someone who has a child. It's what I did.

The "floofy bits" is very reminiscent of broomstick crochet. ❤
