As I am a loco pilot working in this section I can clearly say that trekking through railway tracks is totally illegal, don't fall for the guides. You can plan your trip by booking trains tickets that's the fair way. Guides will tell you that they will arrange train for you etc. But that's not fair way. We are not authorized to take civilians in goods train or in engine, most of the loco pilots refuses to do that. Still, you know, this is India there are some people taking bribe and permitting civilians in goods trains, but that won't work with every loco pilots, putting you in the middle of nowhere. So I kindly request you guys visit doodhsagar in proper way only, don't fall for the scam. Enjoy your trip.

As tourists, we generally tend to fall for such traps, what astonished us was the number of people involved in this whole scam! Please do let your senior authorities know about this and take necessary actions to stop this happening every single day..
Sir yesterday we had same experience you can say it was even worse ,can't explain how terrifying the moment was and one of the pilot even caught this guy red handed and we even hit him and the pilot took him in the engine we illegally travelling and then in just 2mins he came back and said you cannot do anything to me here I threw 1000rs and the pilot releaseed me and. Started to fight again and brought some guys to fight and some how we managed to escape from there I have never seen an system worse than that. Even railway police wasn't ready to help and was ignoring
Guys what you guys should do id that u can board AMARAVATHY EXPRESS(Sun,Tue,Thurs,Fri), take tickets till Castle Rock and get down at Dudhsagar stn. U can come back by Poorna express on Sun(at around 10 am) and Jasidhih express on Wed at around 11:15 am and Amaravathy express on Mon,Wed,Thurs,Sat at around 12:15 pm safely back to Qulem. Dont get trapped in Gimmics of these fake agents who offers you loco rides which are illegal. Safe journey guys. I am advicing you as i am a Loco pilot working in this section(Vasco to Castle Rock)

Exactly same thing I also mentioned in my video. Guys, you can take the sharing jeep ride to the falls but never ever take the trekking path for Dudhsagar falls visit. • It's risky because you have to Travel On The railway track. • Its life threatening because in between you will get many tunnels in which we have to walk very carefully and train can come from any of the either side. • It's even more risky because you have to walk through a dense forest where you may encounter any wild animal also. • It's hectic because the entire track towards the falls and return treak will squeeze your full energy and you will be drained out and totally exhausted after the full day trekking. •And moreover this track is illegal. For a comfortable vist, just check the Dudhsagar video where I have explained that how within 600 rupees per person you can easily visit the falls and complete the entire trip within three hours. Even we were scammed by the same person Krishna. We also confirmed his photo. Someone really has complaint about him n his risky ways to take people to see dudhasagar. Wven our life was almost kept on risk. Glad you guys have put a word on this guy.
This same guy tricked us last week. It’s extremely dangerous. Do not fall pray for this guy. There were kids and ladies as well. The waterfall is not worth the risk
4 years back i went to Sakleshpur from Yedakumari its one of the routes which they provide rail track trekking legally. But unfortunately due to some robberies and destructions in that rail track. It got banned. It was one of the beautiful routes as we walk through the rail track crossing 20 tunnels , one side is flowing river and another side a hill.

it your mistake there is risk evere where even on road you did not hire notified tour guide you should have book tour bus drivre which are book in main city in goa where there is a bus which pick up from hotel to dudhsagar and back

First of all don't blame "all railway personnels associated in this route" when u even don't know the roots and followed legal way. Second brokers are everywhere and u (tourist) come without having proper knowledge or knowing the specific route timing amenities etc they like to travel in train beside car or taxi to enjoy the journey and the ride the open train , and about you that y didn't u follow the proper procedure and when u paid the broker you must've to ask for tickets. Later u said that the train dropped you in the forest, madam that's whole area is ghats , n there is no specific stop of the train at the foot of the waterfall , the only nearest station is Dudhsagar, so next time you go anywhere take proper knowledge and then make vlogs or video with following legal way. U opted illegal way and now blaming others, the experience u had was bad I agree but u have to accept that ur fault was also there. Knowing that you are in forest n u were waited till sunset and then u were expecting for light in forest!!!!! Absolutely great. First follow the legal way self then blame others and then advice others. Brokers are brokers , they work for money only they do it daily and people or tourist come without knowledge like u and pay them happily.
We had a huge fight last night with the guy and we bashed him and railway officials caught him soon after to realise that he gave goose to the railway guy and can back to fight with us and bought a lot of guys and with him too some how we managed to come out of the shit and reached our home in mysuru

1) you didn't planned a guide until u reach kulem. Come on 3:30pm?! . It's 11km trek from kulem if u go on railway line. So, u didn't planned it well either. 2) Anyone with minimum knowledge can understand that Krishna isn't a guide ,he is a broker. You think you can travel in Indian railways without ticket just because you gave money?! 3)No loco pilot(on engine) or goods were allowed to have an onboard passenger. You didn't even know that?! 4) you waited at the waterfall until sunset instead of atleast going back to dudhsagar railway station which is 2km away?! My exp:- I recently visited Dudhsagar. Red alert was announced after i went there. So, i proceeded further. Yeah ,the same broker Krishna managed rpf and as he said, a train was sent to pickup. It's a basic thing to acknowledge that it's not legal. We didn't board for a face view of dudhsagar. So, we trek until face view then we got on goods until kulem station. Btw we got there at 7am on amaravati train. You want proof:- Check dudhsagar video in my channel where u can an engine boarded with passengers and me boarded on goods. Come it's not a promotion 😂 i barley have 3 videos and channel is faaaaar long from monetization and I'm not interested in having utube as my career. they clearly got scammed and made to believe an easy ride up and down.. my GF nagging me for couple of weeks to take her to that stupid bridge.. i have told her i am ready to walk 20km if we can be sure no one would stop us mid way but many videos are showing RPF not letting them to the bridge or stopping near Sonalium..

I visited Dudhsagar on mid July 2022 1) board amaravati exp in the early morning until dudhsagar station (2km from waterfall) or kulem(11km from waterfall)but you will definitely meet Krishna(broker but not guide) there to bribe and manage rpf's. 2)Enjoy the waterfall then trek to kulem but not dudhsagar station. 3) on the way you'll see some face of view of dudhsagar then if any train stops onboard it until kulem. If it's passenger then 🤗 if it good then mostly(higher probability) they would stop atleast once before reaching kulem at 2 or 3km before. From there trek to kulem and wait for train to your destination.
