two things they can do to make this belt seem like a world title is A: Main Eventer (Like Seth, Drew, Kevin etc) and actually book its champion in the main event OVER whatever the bloodline is doing.

I think anything that isn't Roman Reigns is going to be considered second place to be fair. He's the biggest star in wrestling. But in terms of story and making this belt believable as a world championship, Seth is the best choice.
