자유형을 할때 머리를 낮게 들어야하는 이유

    마스터반 들어가서 자유형 물잡이 부터 다시 배우고 있는데 머리를 반만 들고 가는 연습이 되다가도 어느 순간에 수영장 물을 대박 흡입해 버리는 불상사를 경험 하기도 합니다ㅜㅜ 스토로크도 팔꿈치만 들어서 앞으로 던지라고 하셔서 새롭게 배우고 있는데 옆구리가 상당히 결리네요ㅜㅜ 쌤은 제가 괴로워 할 때마다 너무 즐거워 하셔서 살짝 얄미울 때가 있습니다ㅡㅡ힘들어 할수록 훈련 강도가 높아진다는ㅡㅡ 이 말도 안되는 억지를 감내하며 열심히 하고 있는데 마스터는 역씨 힘드네요ㅜㅜ 암튼 자연스럽게 되는 날까지 포기하지 않고 쌤이 놀리지 못하도록 마음에 칼을 갈면서 꼭 잘 할겁니다~ 제가 칼을 갈고하면 하고자 하는 목표를 해내는 성향이라~^^ 지금은 맨 뒤에서 하지만 맨 앞 리더가 되어서 날아다니는 날을 꿈꾸며 화이팅 하겠습니다~~^^

    아이들이 즐기는 모습이 참 이쁘네요..저희집 애들은 강제로 시켰는데..ㅋㅋㅋ
    하긴 저도 즐기지는 못하네요..엄마랑 너무 닮았다.오늘 오리발데이인데 몸 컨디션이 안좋아서 강제로
    쉬어야 합니다.너무 아쉽다니깐 저희 집 남의편님이 오리발이 뭐가 재미 있어..힘든데..
    나는 롱핀이라 즐겁다고
    남의편님은 숏핀이라
    핀데이날 엄청 힘들었데요.
    여기는 비가 오네요..
    부산도 비가 올지 모르겠지만 오늘도 화이팅 입니다.

      ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아무래도 롱핀이 편하겠죠~~~^^
      그러나 맨발과 가장 닮은것이 숏핀이라 힘든만큼 맨발에 직접적 효과를 줄수가 있죠😄😁

    저 이거 아주 안될줄 알앗는데 속도를 빠르게 내면 고개도 안들고 옆으로 돌리고 한쪽눈은 물속에 잇는대도 호흡이 되더라구요?!천천히 하면 가라앉아서 힘들고 속도내니까 숨쉬기 편한듯요!!

      아무래도 일정이상의 속도가 부력으로 작용하다 보니 몸이 쉽게 가라앉지 않는것 같습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

    얼마전까지만 해도 다음날 수영수업가고싶어 전날밤에 설레였죠
    영법은 별로인데 재밌으니까 언젠가는 늘겠죠 ㅋㅋ 주6일 수영하니까 한 2년하면 늘겠죠?

      가장 먼저 배우는게 자유형이지만 접영까지 배우고 다시 자유형 2비트, 4비트를 할려면 굉장히 어렵게 느껴지죠 ㅎㅎ😃😄😁
