That’s a great point that you make at the start about shopping every day for stuff. It does take its toll if you are an amateur. It’s taken its toll on me over the last while, big time. But you are not promoting that lifestyle and people don’t have to adopt it. People are “responsible for their own destiny”. You’re not forcing it on them. It’s only common sense to weigh up their own circumstances before purging their bank account. They can’t shift the blame. Because you are an influencer, doesn’t mean people have to take the bait. They can say no, it’s nice but I can’t afford it. If they believe that you are responsible for their own shopping habits, that’s “their” problem!

I was recently diagnosed as hypotensive .. low BP. Which I have always had but mine now will drop a lot when i stand up and start walking. I am now on medication for it. Take care of yourself. We miss you when you are not with us every day!

My heart broke when I saw the news on Toby Keith. I’m from Oklahoma and live close to where he and family lives. Our newscaster did an interview with him a couple weeks ago and when she tried to talk about it she got choked up. She could hardly do her segment. While I may not anyways agree with his politics I truly felt he was a very giving and caring person. RIP Toby and fill up that red solo cup and have a party in heaven!

My kitters love drinking from the tap, so tempted to get them a water fountain too, also I use to feel faint to while in the shower & I found it was because I was dehydrated so once I started drinking water about a half hour before my shower I was fine, but please check with your Doctor first, maybe ask to get your iron levels checked
