Yes, what an insecure scumbag. I'm a regular gym goer myself and if I see someone do feats of strength like this I usually give them a compliment and talk to them and ask what they do. Now he's 'famous' on youtube lol.
@@Sumppathat’s true, but calisthenics are really mechanically gifted, and can incorporate a lot of their movements in real life if done right. That’s why I would like to do both calisthenics & regular weights in the gym
I think the term is confusion not scared, since people don’t do that in a normal gym. It’s more for their self gratification I suppose, “hey look at me”. To each their own I suppose.
Are the pants hiding chicken legs? Seems like it in a lot of these. Upper body and balance is really impressive but there doesn’t look to be much for glutes, thighs, or calves.
I think calisthenics is useful for the benefits but it seems to have picked up recently, for attention seeking. Why is a guy pouring a glass of water in a gym? Dude with his shirt off in a class room? A guy using a squat bar and a trap bar at the same time?

Literally hitting the gym now

Gymnasts anywhere there’s a pole:
Kids have the beat reactions, literally just points at the guy, biggest smile on his face to his, I assume, brother and is like wow lets do that!
Can someone tell me what the guy did at 1:50?

There's truth to that. Large and heavy legs are just a hinderance in a lot of calisthenics just like they are in many other things such as running.
still zero Calisthenics legs movements like weighted pistol squats ^^
I could do it how many kg can you do
Useless. If You have access to weights, why Donald dumb exercise when You Can just squat

These videos are cool to watch, but make me sad as a female ..as I can never do it 😢..lol
Why are there so many people just walking around doing nothing. A lot of them seem to need to get on the weights, not walking.
